Cancellation policy & change of travel dates

You may cancel your policy before it starts. You will then receive a full refund. If you want to cancel the policy after the effective date, you will receive a pro-rated refund minus a $ 25 cancellation fee, provided you have no claims. If you have claims, there will be no refunds.

If your dates of travel change after your purchase, the appropriate changes to the policy will be made free of charge as long as you inform the company in writing prior to the original effective dates.
